Easy to use.. but
This is a simple product that provides targeted compression to help reduce pain. A gel pad is the key to the targeted compression BUT the instructions do not tell you where on your arm the gel pad is best placed! They don't tell you how compression my help. The picture on the front of a model wearing one might suggest the correct placement...or it may not.
