Application/Instructions: 1. Slip the closed elastic loop onto the foot with the silicone facing away from the toes and the strap going back towards the heel on the outside of the foot. 2. Hold the strap in place and wrap the strap behind the ankle with the silicone against the skin. 3. Wrap the strap around the foot, making a figure 8. 4. Continue wrapping around the ankle. 5. Adjust the tightness of the strap and fasten at the desired compression level. Do not over tighten the strap.
Intended Use: Provide support to weak, injured, or arthritic ankle joints.

But as it turns out, my job is quite injury-prone from time to time 😅. I recently received it and I must say, it was a wonderful choice. The bandage is very convenient to use, has good elasticity, and supports my leg throughout the day. It’s perfect for holding first aid or cold compresses in place. Versatility is a great 😊. I’m impressed by how it maintains its elasticity even after multiple washes. It supports my fit wonderfully 💪This is truly a high-quality product that is worth the money. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great Playing sports and being active all day, there’s no way to avoid straining or injuries, so I am very happy to have this ankle wrap. It relieves pain on my ankle and I can also use it when I am not injured, but want to protect my ankles. It gives good support, but it is not too stiff. It is comfortable to wear even throughout the day. It fits right and it is easy to put it on, because the instructions are very clear on the box. The material and quality seem great, so I am sure I will have a lot of uses out of this and ankle wrap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The right persn to test and review!! When I saw this Easy Grip ankle wrap as an item to receive and review, I couldn’t believe it! I have had ankle ankle injury for 16 years and when I workout on hard it absolutely flares up so I am always looking for the next greatest thing and so far this has really helped with pain and swelling and protects my ankle to keep it stable while I work out. It’s a moderate level so I would even consider purchasing the next level up which would be maximum support. I wear a 9-9.5 size sneaker/shoe/heels and this is one size fits most and there is plenty of room to spare. I love the grip strips. That’s an added bonus. Easy to put on and take off and I love the foot loop which makes this wrap so easy to keep in place while winding around ankle and foot. I highly recommend this Mueller Easy Grip Ankle Wrap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Breathable support There couldn’t have been a more perfect time to have received the Mueller Sports Ankle Wrap from Influenster. It is super comfortable to wear and has been helping me during my recent ankle injury. It offers the perfect amount of support, is easy to adjust and remove with a velcro closure, and offers a secure fit. Additionally, the fabric is breathable and, no doubt, will stand the test of durability. I’m glad that it is also hand washable. I would recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable I received a free sample of the Mueller Easy Grip Ankle Wrap from Influenster for my honest opinion. This is a solid ankle wrap. Its grip strips do an excellent job of keeping it in place as you walk around, and it has a foot loop to keep it secure as well. It's comfortable to wear and customizable for most sizes. It's also breathable too. They perfectly balanced both comfort and support with this product. If you are in need of an ankle wrap, I would recommend this one.

I was very surprised at how this felt on my ankle it has a really nice silicones grip lines on the inside that held it in place really well and honestly after puttering it on I had plenty of room to work with as far as tightening and loosening it. It feels like it is giving me great support on my ankle. It is decently make very well

This ankle wrap is made of very good material, on the inside it has silicone strips that help keep it in place and prevent it from slipping. It has an appropriate length to fit the size of your ankle and thus provide compression and support. I used it to train and I felt safe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy but flexible wrap This is a really well made ankle wrap. The grippy texture is awesome and keeps it from sliding around - how has no one thought of this before! The wrap itself and Velcro feel really strong and feel like it will hold up to use well. I have an ankle that's a little on the weak side due to a past injury so this will be great for occasional use and support.
