About this item
· INTENDED USE: Helps relieve lower back pain while providing support to strains, sprained, and aching backs
· FIT: Plus Size, 50’-70’ max stretch . Adjustable compression from double layer design allows for custom fit to abdomen and lower back and breathable fabric for added comfort
· REMOVABLE LUMBAR PAD: Comes with removable lumbar pad which cushions and compresses the lower back for concentrated support
· STEEL SPRINGS: 4 flexible steel springs conform to the back for additional stability
Application/Instructions:
1. Place lumbar pad on center of fabric inside of brace. 2. Release outer elastic straps. 3. Wrap main elastic band around back and attach in front. 4. Fasten outer left elastic strap (black inside) to black on main elastic band. 5. Fasten right outer elastic strap (blue inside) to white on other outer elastic strap.

It's a "life saver"
I've been using the Mueller back brace for some time now. I have suffered with lower back pain for years and more recently it has gotten worse. The Mueller brace allows me to work out at the gym, ride my bike and generally do things around the house, use the snow blower, etc with much more ease and significantly less discomfort. I highly recommend this brace. It's comfortable to wear, and I've come to realize that it is almost as effective with less tightness than it is when made very snug...more comfortable and can wear it for longer periods of time!! I just purchased another one just to make sure that I have one available at all times.

Bulky & Uncomfortable
I have been wearing this back brace for a couple of weeks. I personally find it bulky and uncomfortable. I have worn back braces in the past, and I tend to get used to them once I have used them for a while. I could never get used to this one. It is large and hot. I found myself constantly fidgeting with it and readjusting it but never able wear it comfortably. It provided very mild relief for my back, but the bulky size and inability to get used to it more than offset any benefit. I do HVAC work and found it difficult to work in the back brace on the occasions where I tried.

Excellent Lumbar Support
I started using this product about a month ago. I have two large dogs that I walk daily and they have a tendency to pull, which is hard on my back. Since I have started wearing the Mueller back brace, this problem has been resolved. Besides providing firm support all the way around my midsection, the lumbar pad is a GREAT feature. This brace is extremely comfortable and helpful! I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

Super comfortable and adjustable
This is one of the most comfortable back braces I’ve ever tried. It uses soft material, feels comfortable around my midsection and the adjustable straps feel nonexistent once the brace is in place. My favorite part was the removable lumbar pad. I used this feature the most to target exactly where I needed the most lumbar support, which happens to be my biggest back issue. However I think the comfort and ease of the brace caused a sacrifice in support. It’s so comfortable that I feel like it doesn’t offer as much rigid support. I prefer much more stiff brace. But I think this is great for around the house activities and yard work. I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

Support and comfort
I have trouble sleeping due to back pain. The Mueller back brace is comfortable, supportive and has helped me get better sleeps by alleviating the pain I get while lying on my back and side.

Amazing support!
As someone who has had lower back issues ever since having my children, I’ve always looked for things that help support my back specifically throughout the day that I wear while doing things around the house, gardening lifting heavy objects or just support I feel like this brace is the perfect fitting brace. It’s breathable it’s comfortable Doesn’t irritate my skin. It’s just all around a great brace. I feel that it doesn’t leave it smelling gross after wearing it a few times it’s easy to clean if needed. It’s just a great product. I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

Very high quality product
As with other Mueller Sports Medicine products, this one is of high quality. First off, it was extremely easy to put on and adjust to a comfortable fit. I tend to have back soreness when standing over the sink doing the dishes for a period of time. I tried it with the Mueller back brace and it helped a ton! Very easy to wear and still be able to move and be comfortable. I would recommend this to others that need to do activities but experience back soreness and tightness when completing them. Finally, I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

Pain Relief
I'm a 69 year old man who has suffered from pulled muscles in my lower back since my early 20s. If I would do my stretching exercises everyday I would probably avoid most episodes but you know how that goes. I use this back brace to reduce the pain and shorten the recovery time. It works for me!
